Managing Finances Effectively

In real time, PM3 shows funding availability either by detailed expenditure item or by summary Capital/Revenue expenditure so Project Managers can allocate planned spend to their project and immediately see if there is availability in the funding pool. These financial values are ‘rolled up’ into parent Plans (so, for example, the Financial Details of a Programme will sum the Financial Details of all its dependent Projects).

Costs can be tracked at a calendar month level or user-defined periods.
