Timesheet – Cost Reporting
PM3time helps manage your project cost. It allows multiple rates per user or groups of users to be defined. Internal costs and charge out costs can be calculated by task, project or client. PM3time can be either a stand-alone product or linked to PM3. If linked to PM3, costs per project can be uploaded into PM3’s resource screen showing actual effort against forecasted effort.
Timesheet – Professional Services Automation
Consultancies or agencies can use PM3time to capture approved time spent on projects. An approval process within PM3time requires no extra login for the approver as the approval request is sent via outlook. Expenses are also captured within PM3 and a workflow is used to approve claims.
