We also needed a product that was rich in project, portfolio and programme reporting. Our Executive Team are interested in different groupings of projects and programmes, PM3 has the ability to add a project or programme to multiple portfolios, enabling a bespoke view that is tailored to an executive’s area of accountability... Bestoutcome also has consultants who can work with us to develop our project and programme management maturity.”
About NHS Professionals
One of the biggest challenges NHS trusts face, is ensuring the quality of patient care whilst working within strict budgets. A lack of available staff means unfilled shifts, which in turn leads to unfilled commitments to patients and their families. What NHS Trusts need is a reliable supply of experienced staff, ready to step in and fill shifts when trusts need them most.
And that’s where NHS Professionals comes in. Owned by the Department of Health and Social Care and part of the NHS family, NHSP is the market leader in managed flexible worker services. Working in partnership with over 55 NHS Trusts, our aim is to deliver ever more challenging service improvement plans by deploying a cost-effective, reliable and safe flexible workforce that saves money for clients while improving their bank productivity.
We have an excellent track record of helping NHS trusts to merge their temporary workforce banks by harmonising policies, procedures and pay rates. Our workforce consultancy and project management capabilities are core strengths, and because NHSP is wholly owned by the Department of Health and Social Care, all our profits are reinvested back into the NHS.
Bestoutcome specialises in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management, always focusing on the overall outcome to ensure successful business change. Bestoutcome’s flagship PPM tool, PM3 has been used in the NHS since 2007. There are now over 25 NHS organisations using PM3 to manage and control their projects.
