Press Release: Bestoutcome PM3 Gives Premier Inns Roll Out Insight

June 16th 2014, Bestoutcome, a software services and project management company, today announced its partnership with Premier Inn New Openings, in which its PM3 software is being used centrally to manage and plan the rollout of its new hotels.Premier Inn operations management can now, in real-time, obtain a holistic overview of deployment progress and issue status.

Bestoutcome’s PM3 web-based solution is already driving significant efficiency improvements as Premier Inn rolls out more than 70 new Hotel Openings across the UK.

PM3 mitigates risk and drives efficiency by:

- standardising the method of deploying a new Site opening

- providing milestone reporting thereby highlighting slippage

- managing integrated plans involving the property, legal, marketing, finance, and IT departments

- providing granular ‘Slice and Dice’ interrogation by: location, size, format, contractor and facilities etc.

- enabling best practice and interventions to be pushed out across the estate
