Press Release – Healthy Wirral Select PM3 as their PPM Tool
After a software evaluation of the leading PPM packages in the market, Healthy Wirral has selected PM3 as their PMO Platform.
David Walton, Director of Bestoutcome says: “We are delighted that Healthy Wirral has chosen PM3 to help manage its projects and programmes. PM3 has already been used successfully at the Wirral Community NHS Trust. The Wirral Community NHS Trust NHS is part of the new Healthy Wirral Programme. We are pleased to be supporting Healthy Wirral in their goal of building closer links between Health and social care”
Initially PM3 will be used to manage five key programmes: Medicines Optimisation, Out of Hospital Care, Planned Care, Unscheduled Care and Back Office.
James Barclay, Project Lead for Healthy Wirral said,” We selected PM3 because a number of us in the Healthy Wirral programme team had used the tool previously and liked its simple interface and tailored NHS functionality. We could also leverage the work that the Wirral Community NHS Trust, one of the Healthy Wirral partners, had already done using PM3. Key to our selection was the ability for PM3 to partition the system so each partner within Healthy Wirral can keep their projects private but also allowing for multiple organisations to work on integrated programmes.”
