Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust Select PM3 as their PPM Tool
London, UK, 2nd September 2020
We are pleased to announce the roll-out of our PM3 project, portfolio management tool by the Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust.
After a software evaluation, Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust has selected PM3 as their PMO Platform.
David Walton, Director of Bestoutcome says:
“We are delighted that Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn has chosen PM3 to help manage its projects and programmes.
Initially PM3 will be used to manage a number of key programmes including: Better Hospital Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) and a range of digital programmes to support its modernisation agenda."
Phil Tydeman, Director of Transformation says:
"We selected PM3 because we liked its simple interface and tailored NHS functionality.
Some of our team had already used PM3 and could attest to its capability and applicability to the NHS.
We could also see the cost and time saving that PM3 would deliver us.
Our project managers can now work in one standard way and the project / programme highlight reports can be automatically generated from PM3.
This will save time and more importantly support delivery of programmes to improve patient care and experience.
One of our goals in using PM3 is to have one set of standards and documentation all driven by PM3."
