Bestoutcome appoints Tim Barnes as Principal Consultantby David Walton (No Comments )

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Schmeising-Barnes as Principal Consultant. Tim joins the Bestoutcome PMO team having previously worked as an independent consultant, in multiple industry sectors and on a wide variety of programmes.
Tim has been involved in major business transformations in global and UK organisations such as BP, the UK Ministry of Justice, Nuffield Health, British Airways and Merrill Lynch/Bank of America. He has also worked in Portfolio Office and Centre of Excellence roles, helping to ensure effective delivery and creating and deploying best practice tools and guides in project management.
Tim is a keen advocate of sharing learning and has been involved in setting up professional development schemes, mentoring schemes, cross organisation collaboration and university project management workshops. He has been involved in development of both organisation and global project management standards such as ISO21500, PMI Project Management Standard and PMI OPM3.
Tim will be supporting the deployment and evolution of the Bestoutcome PM3 tool as well as developing the Bestoutcome PMO service offerings such as “PMO in a Box”
