We are unique in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution sphere as BestOutcome is a change management consultancy as well as a software vendor. We understand how to manage change and we treat every PM3 implementation as a change project.
We are one of the few PPM providers that have ISO27001 accreditation ourselves as well as our data centre partner. This will give you confidence that our development and deployment processes are designed to ensure your information stored and processed in PM3 is safe. As part of our ISO27001 accreditation, we conduct annual penetration tests.
We provide you with learning videos for our solutions which helps with on-boarding new users and /or refreshing the knowledge of existing PM3 users. We’ve also introduced Project Genie which is an automated help facility that guides users around PM3 functions. PM3 Genie analyses PM3 screens and recommends improvements to screens based on BestOutcome’s knowledge base and best-practice project delivery.
We pride ourselves on the support we provide to our customers. We have our own inhouse development and support team that enables us to be responsive and agile to client requirements.
We strive to constantly improve our application and typically have 3-4 new releases a year. Since we have our own development team, we can respond very quickly to client requests. We have regular User Groups and encourage collaboration and feedback to ensure that we continue to deliver the best application and service to our clients.
