British friendly had been using a number of different applications to manage their projects, programmes and portfolios which was proving too challenging.
They were looking for a single PPM tool to help drive efficiencies, track costs and save time and money. They wanted a ‘single source of the truth’ to eliminate duplication, improve their planning and governance, provide powerful portfolio management and provide detailed automated reports to facilitate informed decision making.
