PM3 has been designed to support the NHS CIP process. Savings can be loaded into PM3 from Excel and CIP reports and dashboards automatically generated.

Every scheme being delivered by the NHS needs to have a range of Impact Assessments (IA) completed. PM3 allows you to define your Impact assessments and hold a register of approved IAs.
PM3 contains drill-down dashboards that you can build yourself using drag and drop functionality. Reports can be automated saving considerable time and money.
PM3 is used by a number of Integrated Care Partnerships (ICP), Integrated care Systems (ICS), and cancer alliances. PM3’s architecture allows all the organisations in an ICS or ICP to use the same integrated PM3 platform. Each organisation’s data can be kept private but organisations can collaborate on joint programmes.
PM3 has specific CIP dashboards and reports to give a clear picture of your forecasted CIP savings for each financial year. CIP targets and actuals can be automatically uploaded from Excel trackers. CIP savings are automatically rolled up from project to programme and portfolio levels. Dashboards can show savings by project or benefit.
For the majority of NHS schemes, you need to prepare Impact Assessments, e.g. Quality Impact Assessments (QIA), Equality Assessments (EQIA), or Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA). As a dedicated NHS PMO Tool, PM3 has in-built configurable Impact assessments that can be scored and approved by the relevant stakeholders.
