Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust select PM3

27-05-2021

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust have chosen Bestoutcome as their project, programme, portfolio management solution provider. They were looking for an integrated PPM system to help manage their large portfolio of IT projects and programmes and support the delivery of the opening of their new hospital. They needed an easy-to-use solution, with powerful portfolio management, that would facilitate transparency and oversight. It was paramount that they had the ability to manage dependencies and see at a glance the impact of their decisions and actions. They were looking for an experienced partner that could provide them with robust training and support.

Louise Brown, Digital Transformation Manager said

“With the growing number of Projects and programmes, it was becoming increasingly difficult to manage our portfolios. We chose PM3 because it is simple and intuitive to use and is tailored to the NHS. It will provide us with a ‘single source of the truth’, with consistency and visibility across our entire portfolio to help support more informed decision making at all levels”.
