PM3 New Release (Support for ISP/ICS and Alliances)

09-04-2021

London, UK, 2nd September 2020 – Bestoutcome, the leading project, portfolio management (PPM) software company, is pleased to announce the latest release of its PM3 project, portfolio management tool.

This latest PM3 release contains a major enhancement to PM3: Partitioning. This has been specifically developed to support Integrated Care Partnerships (ICP), Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and Alliances.

With more NHS organisations working together and collaborating with local authorities, there is a need to have one integrated project management system while keeping each organisation’s data private where necessary. PM3’s latest release allows the ‘partitioning’ of the system so data can be kept private but still allowing cross- programme collaboration.

David Walton, Director of Bestoutcome says:

“We are excited by this ability to partition PM3. This will allow the NHS and local authorities to:

  • Work more collaboratively on one integrated platformReduce the cost of licenses due to the increased volumes
  • Reduce the cost of configuration
  • Work in one standard way across the ICS, ICP or Partnership
  • We have worked with our NHS clients to develop this partitioning feature enabling ICS, ICP and alliances to use a common PPM platform while keeping some data private.”

PM3 is already being used by a number of ICS, ICP and Cancer Alliances.
