Across the Portfolio, with over 30 projects allocated to a number of programmes, Thomas Miller selected PM3 to help improve their project delivery by improving overall reporting and control.
Richard Gawkowski, Head of IT Change / Portfolio Management, said,
“We selected PM3 and Pm3time to help manage our portfolio of programmes and projects. We needed a solution that was strong in PPM reporting and would promote standardisation across the organisation. Furthermore, we are maturing our project delivery governance and controls processes and selected PM3 to help with this. I had used PM3 before in a previous role and was delighted how much the tool has progressed since then.
David Walton, Director of BestOutcome, said:
“We are pleased Thomas Miller are now a client of BestOutcome. We look forward to working with the team to help them improve their project and programme delivery through PM3”.
