There are over 150 reports built into the system which helps organisations save significant time and money.

David Walton, Managing Director at BestOutcome:

“We are delighted that Project Bureau have become Bestoutcome’s partner in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia & China to help implement our PPM solution PM3. Project Bureau has the combination of project and programme expertise and a deep knowledge of PM3, qualities that we look for in our partners. Project Bureau is ideally placed to extend PM3’s footprint in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia & China.”

Andrew Fox, Managing Director at Project Bureau:

The Project Bureau has been supporting many organisations in successfully delivering projects and programmes for more than 13 years. We are in a continual search for better ways to help our customers improve delivery, save money and gain full control of their projects. When we first started to speak with BestOutcome about the PM3 product, we were looking for a PPM tool that would support our vPMO offering and when we saw the power of PM3, we could immediately see that this was a way that we could help organisations take full control of their projects, programmes & portfolios, save time and money, and deliver successful outcomes. Our values closely matched those of BestOutcome so it was a natural fit that we should partner and make PM3 available to organisations in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia & China”.

About Project Bureau

The Project Bureau was established in 2008 initially to respond to the growing need for project & programme delivery in the Commonwealth government sector.

It was very quickly identified that there were gaps in industry being able to support those projects, so our focus has been on helping industry, especially SME and not for profits as well as government agencies, improve their project management practices and become more successful at project delivery because we were becoming frustrated at continually being called in to organisations to recover projects and programmes and seeing unnecessary wastage of vital resources.

The Project Bureau is committed to helping organisations become more successful at delivering projects and programmes. Using our services, our clients have quite literally increased profitability in the millions of dollars. We do this by having a dedication to our client’s outcomes and a strong desire to simply help. We help them deliver their outcomes in a friendly and stress-free manner creating an environment where project teams feel safe to make decisions.

Over the years, we have built a team of highly qualified project professionals who have a master’s degree or higher and who are either already chartered or going through the process to become chartered.
