Bestoutcome, the leading project, portfolio management (PPM) software company, is pleased to announce the roll-out of its PM3 project, portfolio management tool by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (the agency).
The agency conducted a review of the market comparing other leading PPM tools and after a comprehensive assessment, selected Bestoutcome’s PPM tool, PM3, as the preferred toolset.
David Walton, Director of Bestoutcome said:
“We are delighted that the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has chosen PM3 to help manage its projects programmes and portfolios. PM3 is already widely used in the public sector and the agency is another government organisation that is now benefitting from PM3”.
John Quinn, Director of Transformation and Chief Digital and Information Officer at MHRA said:
“We needed a product that supported growing project capability and maturity across the agency. We reviewed a range of PPM tools and concluded through our robust process that PM3 had been designed by practitioners who understood how to manage projects, programmes and portfolios and that it met our requirements. PM3 has proven to be easy to use and simple to configure out of the box.”
An executive agency, sponsored by the Department of Health and Social Care, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency is recognised globally as an authority in its field. The agency plays a leading role in protecting and improving public health.
